Sneak Peek: FieldSub fixes jobsite chaos

You signed up for the waitlist — thanks. FieldSub is the tool Sammy built from years on the tools to tame subcontractor chaos: streamline workflows, reconcile payments, and keep schedules aligned so your crews and subs get work done on time.

Use case 1 — Clear workflows on every job

Replace fragmented texts and sticky notes with a single job workflow. Assign sub-tasks, share scope docs, and track completion in real time so nothing falls through the cracks — from mobilization to punch list.

Join the Waitlist

Use case 2 — Fast, accurate payment reconciliation

Stop chasing invoices and guessing who’s paid. FieldSub ties purchase orders, invoices, and lien waivers to each job and sub, auto-matching payments so your accounting closes faster and disputes vanish.

That means fewer lost dollars, cleaner books, and subcontractors paid on time — which keeps crews happy and projects moving.

Use case 3 — Schedules that actually sync

Coordinate crews and subs on a single schedule that updates in real time. Swap assignments, notify affected teams, and avoid double-booking equipment — all from one calendar tied to your jobs.

The result: fewer delays, clearer expectations, and better resource utilization across every project.

Built by a contractor, for contractors

Sammy launched FieldSub after running Carolina Construction Bros and Restore By Grace — so every feature solves real site problems, not theories. It’s practical, simple, and focused on getting work done.

We’re opening a limited waitlist sprint — priority access, early pricing, and the chance to shape features. Ready to get organized?

Ready to take control?

Claim your spot in the FieldSub waitlist sprint and be first to test workflow tools that cut admin time, speed payments, and keep schedules tight. Spots are limited — join other high-intent contractors now.
